1. Create an account or login if you are an existing customer. Click the My Account drop-down button. It will take you to the registration of the login page. 

2. Browse, shop and add items to your cart. When you have finished shopping, click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner. If you are on mobile it will be at the bottom of the “Select a Page” drop-down bar. 

3. Once in the cart, there will be a section for coupon codes. If you have a coupon, enter it in and hit the “Apply Coupon” button.

4. Select your shipping option based on what province you live in and then hit “Proceed to Checkout”. 

5. Enter your shipping & billing address into the fields. Mandatory fields will be marked with a red asterisk. *

6. We accept both e-transfer and credit card payments. For first time customers, we require a photo of matching ID and credit card emailed to our email (info@bcbudsonline.store) to prove you are the person making and receiving the order. Once we have received the matching identification, we will send you an invoice where you can use your credit card to pay for the order.

7. When checking out and paying by credit card, select the e-transfer payment option and write “CC Invoice” in the “Additional Notes” section so we know to look for an email containing your identification. If you are an existing customer, please write “CC Invoice Returning Customer” in the “Additional Notes” section. 

8. For e-transfer payments, send them to the email provided once you have placed your order. Please include your order # in the notes, that is it. Please do not include any reference to BCBO to avoid our accounts being closed. You should receive payment instructions when you finalize the checkout.

9. Once payment is received your order is hand-selected by our educated, caring staff. It is then vacuum sealed in smell-proof packaging and shipped the same day payment is received (before 2:00pm PST). 

10. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been completed, including tracking information for your package. Packages are dropped off at the post office at the end of the day so if accurate tracking isn’t available immediately, check back later in the evening.
